“To receive and approve the previous minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 29th October 2019”
2. RESOLUTION 2 – FINANCIAL REPORT
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
“To receive and consider the Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2020.”
Note: A resolution for approval is not required for this item of business
