Expressions of Interest – Board Vacancy – Calling all Motorsport enthusiasts

Are you an experience marketing professional who wants to give back to your local community and join a small and successful not-for-profit Board?

The Organisation

The Western Australian (WA) Speedway Commission (WASC) is the duly appointed State Sporting Association for speedway in Western Australia.

The WASC is the only body recognised by the State Government to represent the sport. It is a truly independent, member-oriented, not-for-profit organisation.

Our primary role is to deliver the State Government-supported Speedway Safety Governance Framework to all speedway tracks and racing divisions operating in the State, regardless of sanctioning and insurance services.

The Opportunity

The WASC is seeking expressions of interest from qualified marketing experts to join our Board of Commissioners.

As a Development Board Member or Commissioner, you will support the Commission’s development and implementation of the WASC Safety Governance Framework and the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan.

Contact Claire Harloe, General Manager, WASC, on 08 9201 0229 for a copy of the position description and other documentation. Or call if you have further queries.
