Speedway Clubs affiliation with WA Speedway Commission assists in access to grants

The Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF)is administered by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) for projects ranging from $7,500 to $300,000. Up to $1 million in funding is available in this round.

All applications must be submitted to DLGSC by March 31, but community clubs and groups must send applications to their local government for assessment prior to then.

It’s important to note that one of the eligibility requirements of these CSRFF grants is affiliation with recognized State Sporting Association. WASC is recognised by the WA State Government as the State Sporting Association for Speedway in Western Australia, and we encourage all Speedway Clubs to work with us to continue to get our fair share of funding for our sport – we would be delighted to help advise and work with interested clubs on their grant applications.
